Yes, our Box Office is to the right of our venue main entrance on Prince’s Blvd. We open the Box Office 30 minutes before doors open and stay open until 15 minutes after the headliner is on stage.
Collect your tickets or name for guest list will be at The QET Box Office to the right of our venue’s entrance, you will need your Photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase or pick up. The box office opens 30 minutes prior to doors on event nights.
Your ticket agent (AdmitONE) will communicate door times with you directly, however we also aim to post these on our social media channels on the day of show! Follow us to stay in the loop:

The QET has the capacity to host shows with both GA floor ticketing or seated ticketing throughout the whole venue. Please check your specific show or event tickets for seating chart.
The QET can accommodate patrons with special mobility needs. Please note that accessible seating is located on the main floor only. The entire main floor is wheelchair accessible, including washrooms. Access to the upper level is by stairs only.
For reserved seated shows, there are accessible seats available for purchase on the main ticketing page. Accessible seating is marked on the seat map. Companion seats are complimentary.No accommodations necessary for general admission shows.

There are several parking lots within walking distance from the theatre. The Exhibition Place Grounds have approximately 8,000 spots available. More info on parking on the Ex Place Grounds here. We suggest Lot 4 just behind the venue.
Yes, we sell snacks and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages for purchase inside the venue.
No outside food or drinks are permitted inside The QET.
The QET accepts all forms of payment. At this time we prefer Debit and Credit but also accept cash.
Yes! We accept US cash on par. No Exchange rate at this time.
Shoes and shirts are necessary for entry. With that, we don’t have any restrictions as to what you can and cannot wear.
Yes, coats and bags can be checked on the second floor of The QET. Coat check is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please note all bags will be searched by security upon entry. The QET is unable to store oversized bags or prohibited items.
Personal point and shoot (Polaroids & disposable cameras included), iPhones or Smartphones are allowed to capture the event. However, professional audio or video recording is only permitted with prior approval through the Promoter and Act. This includes any External Flashes, Lenses, GoPro and Selfie Sticks.

There is a zero tolerance policy at The QET for any racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist or any hateful behaviour. Anyone who is seen or reported violating this will be ejected from the venue without a refund and not welcomed back.

If the event is General Admission, patrons requesting accessible seating should purchase a General Admission ticket and the venue will be able to accommodate on the night of the event.
If the event is reserved seating, patrons requiring accessible seating should purchase the accessible seating marked on the seat map.
