Code of Conduct & Notice of Refusal

At Queen Elizabeth Theatre, we are dedicated to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

Code of Conduct

  • Respect for all individuals: Discriminatory, hateful, or offensive behavior or attire (including but not limited to costumes, symbols, or actions that promote hate speech, racism, or violence) will not be tolerated.
  • No tolerance for harassment: Verbal or physical harassment of guests or staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Responsible conduct: Disorderly behavior, excessive intoxication, or the promotion of illegal substances will result in immediate action.
  • Compliance with staff: Guests must follow all instructions from staff and security personnel at all times.

Alcohol Service

  • Intoxication policy: Alcohol service may be refused to any guest showing signs of intoxication. Guests who appear overly intoxicated may be asked to leave the premises for their safety and the safety of others.

Notice of Refusal and Eviction

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service and to remove any individual who violates this Code of Conduct, without exception. This includes, but is not limited to, anyone engaging in offensive behavior, wearing offensive attire, creating an unsafe environment, or appearing intoxicated.
